THE JURYCLICK HERE to listen to demos from THE JURY.
THE JURY, (previously titled LIMBO: THE TWELVE) is Kendall and Bauerfeld's most recent original musical. After a short lifetime of battling opiate addiction and burning bridges, Tess Butler is dead. Now, it is up to seven people from her life to come together and decide whether or not she’s worth saving. Tess can only bear witness as they reconstruct her life, uncovering secrets, confronting hard truths, and slowly reaching a consensus. Life, or death. Rest, or redemption. LIMBO: THE TWELVE opened to 4 and 5 star reviews at the 2019 Edinburgh Festival fringe, described as "Exquisite and intricate," "incredibly warm, funny, and painful," and "everything you want from new musical theatre." THE JURY will have a workshop production in March of 2020 in NYC. Tickets can be found here. |

LEGACY: THE BOOK OF NAMES is Kendall and Bauerfeld's show from the 2018 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It is a one hour long story of a day on Ellis Island. We follow a group of immigrants from the moment they step off the ship onto the island, until they are eventually let into America or turned away. When riots in New York shut down all ferry traffic to the island, our group of immigrants must stay longer than they bargained for. LEGACY: THE BOOK OF NAMES opened to 4 and 5 star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018, heralded as "a near perfect tear-jerker of a musical." (All photos by Justin Barbin) |

He started working on the show in 2014 when he orchestrated several numbers of the show DOUBLE FEATURE AT HOLLYWOOD AND VINE. The next year, he was chosen as a head writer of the 2015 show, GOLD, and continued to serve as head writer for the 2016 show, ANOTHER WAY WEST. Songs he wrote from ANOTHER WAY WEST and GOLD, and songs he orchestrated from DOUBLE FEATURE are all available on his soundcloud.
